About

Founded in 2009 with a vision to provide the fashion industry with a manufacturing solution with social and environmental issues at the heart of its business.

JOANNA MAIDEN FOUNDER & CEO

I believe the fashion industry can be used as a force for good and since arriving in Kenya, I have been building a company on this foundation. I am passionate about producing high-quality clothing that also improves the quality of life for my employees and the community.

Creating clothing that is produced within a transparent, ethical and sustainable life cycle has to be the future of the fashion industry and at SOKO Kenya we are committed to making this a reality.

We build meaningful, long-term partnerships with our brand clients. I am passionate about mutual success and growth – for us and the brands we work with.

Our doors are always open – please do reach out as I’d love to work together to build a more sustainable future for the fashion industry.
